Agricultural Employment Service
Agricultural employers and job seekers can both benefit from DES services. A network of agricultural employment consultants (AECs) across the state provide support in placing farm workers on jobs and assisting the agricultural employer in filling vacancies. The AECs also help employers with the sometimes confusing farm-related regulations. In addition, the AECs ensure that migrant and seasonal farm workers are provided the same or comparable DES services as the general public.
