Job Service Employer Committee

Job Service Employer Committee The North Carolina Job Service Employer Committee
was established by the General Assembly to be a dynamic partnership between employers and the Employment Security Commission (ESC). Since 1975, State JSEC and Local Committees have provided advice and ideas to ESC enhancing the successful delivery of services to the employer community. All employers can and should support JSEC activities. Local JSEC members are appointed by the Chairman of the ESC for two year terms upon recommendation by JSEC officials. Current local JSEC members are serving a term commencing on July 1, 2001 and ending June 30, 2003.
