NC CRN provides career information as well as career development products and services for the state's youth, adults, and the workforce development professionals who assist them
with career decision making. SOICC's Career Resource Network web site presents information to help plan and manage careers. Resources include self-assessments, occupational
exploration tools, information about employment trends and education options and job search tips. It also includes resources for educational and career development professionals.

Wage Rate Information
Occupational Employment and Wages (OES) program annual survey provides information on
employment and wages by occupation for North Carolina and selected geographies. Data
available from the survey include the estimated number of workers, an estimated entry
wage, average wage and experienced wage by occupation.

NC State Training Accountability and Reporting
System (NC STARS)
NC STARS is an Internet-based, interactive application to be used by training providers to submit
their applications to provide WIA funded training, by local workforce boards when reviewing
and certifying eligible training providers and by individuals seeking training in a particular
area of the state or a specific occupation. Information in this system will be available to
all citizens of the state without regard to WIA eligibility.
