To file a new initial claim 7 days a week call: 1-877-841-9617
To file a weekly certification, odd number SSNs on Monday & Wednesday through Saturday, even number SSNs on Tuesday through Saturday, call: 1-888-372-3453
 
Debit Card Individuals filing new claims will now receive payment via the DES Debit Card. You will receive a debit card in the mail that must be activated before you can use the card.
